Our Story
Who We Are
MIR Héritage was founded on the belief that access to food is a right — and that the table is where community begins. Our founders built this organization to address food insecurity, celebrate cultural heritage, and ensure that every family is welcomed with dignity.
Rooted in the Kitchener-Waterloo-Cambridge tri-cities, we work alongside registered charities, community groups, and local partners to deliver halal and culturally appropriate food-access programs, and to host gatherings that bring people of every background together.
